Men's Ministry

New Beginnings Church of Deliverance Men’s ministry is a community designed to specifically address the needs of men with a Christ-centered focus on manhood and discipleship.

New Beginnings Church of Deliverance is a men’s ministry birthed out of the heart of Pastor Leroy James.

Pastor James wanted to intimately connect with the men of New Beginnings Church of Deliverance by sharing the Word and building authentic relationships, the same way Jesus did with His disciples.

Pastors Leroy and Terri James were ordained in 2008 to serve the people of God. In 2015, Pastor Leroy lost his memory, but God restored his memory. The doctors could not find a reason for my husband's memory loss. However, after several visits to the VA hospital, they discovered that his memory loss was a symptom of PTSD.

After several years of going to doctor appointments getting him military benefits and learning about PTSD and the issues soldiers and their families go through dealing with this sickness. We desire to start a support group for military families especially the spouses dealing with the sickness of their loved ones.

As well as providing them with information about PTSD and the steps, it will take to apply for VA benefits. We hope that we can help people look at PTSD as an illness related to military service and not as a mental problem.

The scriptures that help us get through my husband's illness is Psalms: 46: 1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble; and Ruth 4:15a and he shall be unto thee a restorer of life; Deuteronomy 30:3(MSG)- then the God your God will restore everything you lost; he’ll come back and pickup the pieces from all the places where you were scattered.

New Beginnings Church of Deliverance has a team of intercessors that undergirds the ministry. We also interceded for the community, families, and the Body of Christ as a whole.

New Beginnings Church of Deliverance's Women’s Ministry is for the women of the church to connect and grow deeper in the Word to unveil more of their purpose while nurturing and becoming the Proverbs 31 women of God they were created to be.

We focus on growing in the knowledge of the Word and ensuring that women know that they have a place in the ministry.
